Bookings, deposits and what to expect on the day. Anything else, the studio is a call away.
Book online via Fresha for the fastest confirmation, or call and email the studio. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chair. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit; no-shows may be charged the full service or asked to prepay future bookings.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for consultation and preparation. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled service.
Advise us of any allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities before your service. We may decline treatment if a condition poses a health risk.
Yes. Physical gift vouchers are available in store, and digital vouchers can be purchased on Fresha. They are valid for six months from purchase, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended. Space is limited, so please avoid bringing extra guests unless necessary.
Yes. Kids services can be selected when booking on Fresha or noted on a group booking form. Ask the studio for age-appropriate options.
